General Care Tips:

Washing Waterproof Items

Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners, as they can damage the water-repellent coating. After washing, tumble dry on low heat to reactivate the durable water-repellent (DWR) finish.

Caring for Down Insulation

Wash in cold water with a specific down detergent. Tumble dry on low heat with clean tennis balls or dryer balls to restore loft. Avoid air drying down jackets, as they need gentle fluffing to regain their shape.

Synthetic Insulation

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with regular detergent. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and ironing. Air-dry or tumble dry on low heat for best results.

Footwear

Spot clean your boots with a damp cloth. For deeper cleans, use a leather or fabric-specific cleaner. Reapply waterproofing treatments after washing to ensure maximum protection against moisture.
