What to do if my package is lost?

Valtriq is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged items. After sending the purchased item the responsibility of the item is in hands of the carrier.

What if the contents of my order are not (completely) correct?

Please double check the packing slip, it sometime happens your order is shipping in parts. If you still think something is wrong, please contact us.
